We’re delighted to announce that our latest Quarterly Recognition Award winner is Isabel Foster, based at our Leyburn office.
Izzy received not one but two nominations from colleagues Laura Allen and Angela Anderson – both recognising her exceptional contribution and team spirit. Though still early in her career, Izzy has become a vital part of the WDS team and a brilliant example of the values we live by.

The WDS Quarterly Recognition Award is a peer-led initiative – created to spotlight the incredible efforts, attitude, and achievements of our team. The fact that Izzy received multiple nominations, both full of genuine admiration, speaks volumes.
