This year marks 140 years of our firm — and for the last three of those, we have had our first ever female Managing Director at the helm. Julie was appointed in October 2022, and today, on International Women’s Day, we think it’s the perfect moment to celebrate what that means.
Julie’s appointment is more than a personal achievement — it is a powerful statement about the kind of firm we are becoming. It reflects a commitment to equal opportunity, to recognising talent wherever it exists, and to building a culture where everyone can thrive and lead.
